Having hypoglycemia, I always had some problems with regulating my sugar levels. HAD ALWAYS THOUGHT THE MEAL PLANS WERE TARGETED AT WEIGHT LOSS ONLY. But I must say with the help of Revivre Labs, and the connection of a continuous glucose monitoring sensor to their cloud platform, I have managed to regulate my glucose levels by learning on when to eat and what to eat. They delivered me the correct and sustainable meal plan to help me to manage a life long problem that I had.

I had been trying to lose weight for more than 3 years, I tried so many meal plan providers but they seemed a bit generic. After understanding that the best diet that was suitable for my progress was a real bespoke KETO DIET (many meal plan providers don't understand what a keto diet really means...) which unlocked the plateau I had had for so long. Within 3 weeks I had lost 5 kg which had seemed like a miracle. Revivre labs showed me that living a healthy life is definitely a different process for each and everyone.

I normally have a hard time eating healthy foods but with Revivre Labs’ menu everything is delicious without compromising the taste and the ingredients. Perfect for those people like me who do not appreciate greens! I've also started the REVIVRE LABS virtual training since the beginning of April and I must say that it is the perfect complement to my diet because the REVIVRE LABS team is constantly adapting the number of calories in my diet without me having to contact anyone, simply by analyzing the biofeedback from my wearable sensors.

I find this meal plan the best I’ve ever had. This plan allows for real foods that I love. I’m learning how to substitute with foods that allow me to never feel like I’m missing out. I love the new reimagined plan. The 1-2-1 coaching is amazing, we talk about topics hat help us succeed and the things that trip us up. It makes me feel part of a community, and supported. I love this program. I’ve been a member twelve weeks and am seeing a steady weight loss.

I have struggled with weight issues since my teens, starting with my doctor who advised me that my ideal weight (according to weight charts) was 56 kg. So that was always my goal, and eventually, I reached it by eating 700 calories or less per day. Needless to say, I could not maintain that weight and be healthy. So, I continued to struggle into my 30's, with my weight gradually increasing to 70 kg. Fast forward to September 2019, when my sister told me we were going on RL. I was totally blown away by the new RL BPM program. I lost 13 kg over 6 months.
