Precision & Bespoke Meal Planning

Living a long and healthy life is possible. We all want to achieve our full potential in life and this can only be feasible if we ensure that our bodies are operating at an optimum balance physically, emotionally and mentally. Such a balance comes about through lifestyle changes in alignment with our individual health and body functions.
At REVIVRE LABS, we look at a holistic healthy lifestyle from a medical perspective, nutritional requirements and physical exercises. While many of us make an effort in maintaining healthy feeding habits, there is more we need to understand about macro and micro-nutrients as well as healthy combinations. Some of the questions we should be asking are:
  • Is what I am eating in alignment with the nutritional needs of my body?
  • Are the “healthy selections” I choose in aid of preventing my body from diseases?
  • Are my meal plans geared towards maintaining healthy sustainable habits?
  • Do I understand how my body responds to the nutritional value in my food?
  • Is my culture, work, physical condition or emotional stability affecting my feeding habits?
REVIVRE LABS takes these questions seriously in our bid to structure a bespoke catering service with a medical, genetic and scientific approach to nutrition. The key in meal planning at REVIVRE LABS is the individual. What works for one person does not necessarily fit with the nutritional needs of the other. That is why it’s a requirement that you as our catering client go through an analysis of your needs with our nutritional expert. Together, we will explore and plan a results based diet that will lead to a sustainable habit.

What do we mean?

When we talk of a bespoke service, we mean that the meal planning for every individual is backed up by lifestyle and medical analysis to determine the health status of the patient and how to support them to best fight, manage or prevent any existing condition.

Another determining factor is food tolerance in the body, digestive processes in an individual and corresponding nutritional needs. Through constant monitoring and progress, the lab is able to apply and manage the dietary requirements and adjust them to fit the requirements of each individual.

Step 1: Lifestyle Analysis

To plan meals that support your lifestyle, we require you to fill in a questionnaire that allows our medical/nutrition team to analyze your eating and lifestyle habits. These information are used to determine whether your current eating habits supports your health and fitness goals not only at the present time but in the long run with the goal of achieving optimum health.

Step 2: Medical Analysis (Optional)

Combining genetic testing and lifestyle data, we are able to make evidence-based recommendations on the type of diet that will effectively support your healthy lifestyle goals.

Understanding the foods your body can tolerate (IgG Testing) allows the absorption of important nutrients and vitamins ingested in your diet. This particular test facilitates the selection of the best suitable foods which would also vary across the board.

All these factors are taken into consideration when drafting the bespoke meal plan for each individual.

Step 3: Packages

Each individual has specific requirements according to his daily routines. Whether you are a workaholic individual with unpredictable schedules and limited time for meal preparations or simply self-conscious about your foods intakes, a “stress free” package has been designed for you.
